Baby Waffle
I’ve recently gotten back into waffle making this past few months. I bought an Oster Belgian Waffle maker about 2 years ago and was discouraged very quickly when I first used it. It’s been sitting in a cupboard ever since. So while I’ve been coming up with ideas to feed Isabella now that she eats real food, I rediscovered the fun and versatile art of waffles!
Here are a few recipes I modified from older and more basic recipes:

Smoothie recipes for meal replacement
I only replace ONE meal a day if I can. But mostly because I’ve always struggled with eating too big of portions. And these smoothies are always packed with protein and nutrients from veggies and fruit. I also add quick oats to fill me up.
